Getting started

When you first reach out, we will have an honest conversation to identify any underlying issues affecting performance and communication at your company. This could come in the form of employee retention issues, a zap in motivation and productivity or even workplace disputes and conflict. In fact, one common catalyst for workplace coaching sessions is after a workplace investigation or major event. Training and coaching sessions are designed to get everybody back on the same track.

Designing your framework

Then, our experts will go away to build a personalised team coaching framework. This always looks a little different, depending on the answers you have provided in phase 1. Team building training can be a series of sessions, working towards one goal.
