We do not tolerate child labour, forced labour, or any other form of compulsory labour. At HumanX, we take our commitment to respecting human rights and labor standards seriously. We operate in accordance with all applicable global standards, as well as local laws and regulations. We do not accept any form of compulsory labor, including child labor and forced labor. We aim to create a work place environment that upholds the dignity, rights, and freedoms of all individuals and supports the well-being of our employees and the communities we serve.

Modern slavery
Modern slavery code of conduct
HumanX is committed to taking steps to ensure that there is no slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory human labour, human trafficking, child labour, debt bondage, or decepting recruiting for labour (collectively known as ‘ModernSlavery’) in any part of our business or supply chain.
Expectations
As a minimum, we expect our suppliers, service providers and contractors to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Take active measures to oppose Modern Slavery in all forms.
- Ensure that fair wages are provided to employees and contractors in line with industry legislation and awards.
- Create a workplace environment that promotes safety, dignity and respect and is free from discrimination and harassment, for all employees and contractors.
- Conduct regular monitoring of their supply chain to ensure compliance with these requirements and promptly investigate any suspected non-compliance of the above within their supply chain.
